Experience
Prior to joining Ahrens & DeAngeli, p.l.l.c., Mark was a research
assistant for Professor Nancy McLaughlin at University of Utah S.J.
Quinney College of Law, conducting extensive legal research regarding
taxation of conservation easements and the taxation of land use. Mark
has also served a clerkship for the Tax and Revenue Division, Attorney
General of Utah, conducting extensive legal research and assisting
staff attorneys in preparation of motions and briefs for trials and
hearings before the Tax Commission and state courts.
