Experience
Prior to joining Ahrens & DeAngeli, p.l.l.c. in May 1997, Ted was a
Principal for Arthur Andersen. Ted joined Arthur Andersen in 1982.
Also, since 1996, Ted has been a partner in the CPA firm of Reich and
Walner LLP. In addition, Ted is the Managing Director of North Point
Trust Company, LLC, a South Dakota based trust company.
Ted’s focus is working with owner-managed businesses with all aspects
of succession planning, especially where companies’ ownership and
operation are to be transitioned within a family.
